What we do
- Clear Priorities. We help you name the handful of decisions and projects that actually deserve your team's energy this quarter — and quietly retire the rest.
- Finding Strengths. Every business has a quiet superpower. We listen carefully, talk to your people and customers, and build the plan around what you already do well.
- Focused, Measurable Action. Strategy without execution is decoration. We turn priorities into owners, deadlines, and a small number of metrics worth checking each week.
- Built-in Learning. We bake reflection into the rhythm — short retros every few weeks so the plan keeps getting smarter instead of getting stale.

Common questions
Who do you work best with?
Independent businesses across the Northeast with roughly 2–25 people — owners who want to grow on their own terms and need a steady operating partner, not a giant consulting engagement.
How long does an engagement usually take?
Most engagements run 8–12 weeks for an initial focused sprint, with a lighter monthly rhythm afterward if it's useful. We design every engagement to leave you stronger without us, not dependent on us.
What does the free consult include?
About 45 minutes together — you walk us through what's on your mind, we listen carefully, and you leave with a clear read on whether we can help and what a first step might look like. No pressure either way.
Do you work remotely or in person?
Both. We're based in Vermont and love getting in the room when it makes sense. For most week-to-week work, video calls and shared docs keep things moving without burning a half-day on travel.
What does it cost?
Engagements are scoped to the size of the business and the work. We share a clear, fixed proposal after the consult — no surprise hourly bills, no padded retainers.
